SHIPPING & TRACKING

• Express Shipping: Experience the swiftness of Express Shipping, processed within 1-2 business days. Notification will be provided in case of any delays. Should we surpass the 2-business day processing time, rest assured, we'll reimburse the Express shipping fee.
• Free Shipping: Applicable to most Canadian residents with orders over $100.00. Please note that certain conditions may apply, such as oversized shipments, some rural routes. See below for more information
• Order Processing: We try and get orders shipped out same or next day. However during busier times processing time may increase situations where items are not immediately in stock an additional 1-3 business days may be added to the processing time.
• Shipping Carriers: Parcels are dispatched using reputable carriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, or Canada Post, contingent on the shipping address. Delivery times vary. Rural routes without a street address are exclusively shipped via Canada Post.
• Tracking Information: Keep tabs on your order's journey with tracking information emailed to you once the order is on its way.
• Standard Shipping Times: Anticipate receiving your parcel within 2-9 business days with our standard shipping services, dependent on your location. It's important to note that these shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed.
• Lost Or Missing Orders: In the unlikely event your order is lost during transit or delivered to the incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible, a trace investigation will be initiated immediately. Please note this could take up to 14 days before a replacement or refund is issued. 

CONDITIONS

• Eligibility: Applies to the subtotal of purchased items before tax and shipping.
• Free Shipping Method: Orders qualifying for free shipping are dispatched using the standard shipping method, i.e., the least expensive option. Customers have the option to pay for an upgrade to another method.
• Exclusions:
• Does NOT apply to certain remote/rural locations. For orders bound for these addresses, Factory Recreation subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges.
• Does NOT apply to oversized or heavy items incurring extra shipping charges by couriers. For orders containing these items, Factory Recreation subsidizes a portion of the shipping charges.
• Customers residing in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories are not eligible for free shipping.
