Express Shipping
Enjoy Express Shipping, processed within 1-2 business days. In case of any delays, we will notify you. If we exceed the 2-business day processing window, we will reimburse the Express shipping fee.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for most Canadian orders over $100.00. Certain conditions may apply, such as oversized items or specific rural routes. See below for more details.

Order Processing
We aim to ship most orders within 2-3 business days. During peak periods or if an item is out of stock, additional processing time of 1-3 business days may be required.

Shipping Carriers
We ship parcels using reputable carriers like UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, or Canada Post, depending on the destination address. Please note that delivery times vary by carrier. Canada Post is the sole carrier for rural addresses without a street address.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to track your order’s progress.

Standard Shipping Times
Standard shipping usually takes 2-9 business days depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace investigation and keep you updated. Please allow up to 14 days for the investigation process before a replacement or refund is issued.

Eligibility for Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to the subtotal of purchased items before tax and shipping.

Shipping Method for Free Shipping
Orders eligible for free shipping will be dispatched using the standard shipping method (the most economical option). If desired, customers can pay for an upgrade to a faster shipping method.

Exclusions to Free Shipping

• Remote and Rural Locations: Free shipping does not apply to certain remote or rural locations. In these cases, Factory Recreation will subsidize a portion of the shipping costs.
• Oversized or Heavy Items: Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items, which may incur additional shipping charges. Factory Recreation will subsidize part of the shipping cost in these cases.
• Certain Regions: Free shipping is not available for customers in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
