These terms and conditions apply to all orders for custom Yeti products placed through our website or in-store.

1. Product Customization

All custom Yeti products are made to order. You agree that you have reviewed and approved the design and details of your custom product before completing your purchase.

2. Payment and Pricing

Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices include all applicable taxes and fees.

3. Production Time

Custom Yeti products typically take 7-10 business days to produce. You will be notified when your product is ready for pickup or shipping.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Orders for custom products cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun. This typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement.

5. Warranty and Returns

Custom Yeti products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our warranty policy for details. Returns are not accepted for custom products unless they are defective.

6. Intellectual Property

By ordering a custom product, you represent that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property included in your design. Factory Recreation is not responsible for any infringement claims arising from custom designs.
